I love this place. One of a handful of Hungry Howie's that still cooks on a screen rather a pan. Old school to the mad max. One of 5 or so I the whole franchise. You won't find a crust like this anywhere. My absolute go too. Perfect every time....takes me back 30 years. I am a fan till the end. 8 use the app. Order right every time. Cooked as asked. This Howie's is a regional treasure. Please don't change anything.

My husband and I needed a late dinner one Friday night and this was the only pizza place in our area opened past 10p. So glad for that because we had the best pizza! We ordered a deep dish pizza with cupped pepperoni and extra cheese and it was amazing. It was so good that we wanted it the next week. Unfortunately they didn't have the deep dish pizzas in stock (assuming it was a supplier issue as another local Hungry Howies had the same issue.) We did order a traditional round pizza and while it was good it wasn't spectacular. (Hence the 4 stars instead of 5.) As long as HH has deep dish in stock this will be our go-to pizza joint!

We've had a great experience every visit. We usually order for pickup and the drive-thru during Covid was such a relief with two little ones on board. Seriously, it was a big deal, since we didn't take them anywhere indoors for over a year. The staff on the phone and at the window are always really nice and patient. We used the delivery option once and it was equally great. Not sure where the bad reviews are from, but the last year that we've been ordering from here has been a great experience with mighty-tasty deep dish.
